Now I know the description on the Scout LAVs say they have these traits boosted as standard, but exactly by how much? I know the Vehicle Command skill for Caldari LAVs says "+2% acceleration and tracking speed per level", but I just wanna know by ...

I had just logged in today to find my unused skill points had gone from around 450,000 down to about 93,000. I'm feeling mixed emotions about this, since I had bought a Passive and an Active 30-day passive booster, spent absolutely no SP on ANYTHI...
